Event Overview
Established in 2006, the World Luxury Awards is considered the pinnacle of achievement for luxury establishments around the world across its four divisions:
World Luxury Hotel Awards
World Luxury Spa Awards
World Luxury Restaurant Awards
World Luxury Travel Awards
Each year an international gala ceremony is hosted by a partnering, luxury hotel to honour the winners of the relevant award year.
Winners are selected by public vote during an annual three-week voting period. Nominees have the opportunity to participate in three categories of their choice, showcasing their unique selling points. Winners are awarded on a country, regional, continent and global level.
Over 800,000 collective votes are received annually to determine the winners.
The 2023 Awards were held in Athens, Greece where Galgorm were recognised with an impressive six awards including Global Award Winner for Best Luxury Spa Resort.
The October 2024 event will mark the return of these prestigious awards back to Northern Ireland, following the success of the Resort hosting the 2018 World Luxury Spa & Restaurant awards. This event welcomed over 200 international media, VIPs and luxury spa and restaurant owners from 42 different countries over 5 nights.
