Great Place to Work® Ireland have this week recognised Net Affinity as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces in Tech 2024.
Now in its fourth year, the Best Workplaces™ in Tech is an industry recognition compiled by Great Place to Work Ireland to recognise the innovative, flexible, and forward-thinking practices and cultures developed by organisations within Ireland's dynamic tech industry.
Using the global standard Best Workplaces™ methodology as its basis, this recognition serves as a key differentiator to highlight these organisations as employers of choice in an increasingly competitive talent market. To be considered for this recognition, participating organisations are required to be Certified™ as a Great Place to Work first.
To mark the Best Workplaces in Tech recognition, Great Place to Work was delighted to continue its partnership with Silicon Republic to release a series of articles exploring insights into some of the Best Workplaces in this industry and to showcase what it means to be the best in this field.
Net Affinity is extremely proud of this accreditation. Finance and HR Director, Janice said;
"Whilst we work really hard to build a workplace aimed at fostering an honest and trustworthy inclusive culture that recognises and celebrates individual potential, it is rewarding and affirming to earn external recognition from GPTW who specialise in auditing company culture. However, we accept that we cannot be complacent and our internal GPTW team is committed to driving continuous improvement and implementing recommendations to build on what we have achieved."
Here is what Jake Dazely, Net Affinity's Business Development Manager has to say about his role and working for Net Affinity:
